Booking Conditions and Cancellations

1) A deposit of £200 is normally required
at the time of reservation.
Where this is for a long-term booking, this amount may be increased
to 25% of the fees.
2) Fully cleared payments are required not less than 20 days prior
to
the start date to ensure your booking. Where this is not achieved
we
reserve the right to readvertise the vacancy and make substitute
(including overlapping) bookings for those dates.
Where the full payment is not made on time, there will be an automatic
loss of deposit and the original booking cancelled.
3) If a booking has been paid in full,
but cancelled in 14 days or more days from the
arrival date and no substitute booking is found for the dates, this
will result in
a loss of only 50% of the original deposit.
If a booking has been paid in full, but cancelled between 14 and 7
days prior to the arrival date and no substitute booking is found
for the dates, this will result in a loss of deposit and 50% of the
remaining fee.
4) If a replacement booking with overlapping
dates is secured in place of a cancellation,then the deposit and 85%
of the remaining fees will be returned.
