Provisions

On your arrival there will be fresh milk, tea and coffee, sugar and sweetmeat biscuits available for you. We can also arrange some grocery provision if given sufficient advance notice.

There are plenty supplies of pillows, towels, duvets, plates, cooking utensils, glasses, pans and cutlery for 6 people. The Kitchen is modern and fully equipped.

A selection of books, DVDs and CDs are also available, as are some small musical instruments, board games, maps and current tourist information. Cable TV is provided in the Lounge and a small TV in each bedroom.

Inclusions

A broadband internet Desktop computer and printer is supplied for guest use. The ink and paper should be available also.

A VOIP telephone connection (Skype) is connected for inexpensive lengthy or international calls by registration of your own account.

Each bedroom has its own telephone connection and TV.

Agreements.

The letting fee includes all power for cooking, heating and lighting. The telephones are also available for local and short national calls to the value of £20 per visit.

No additional charges will occur, except for any excessive telephone expense which may be deducted from the deposit or requested for reimbursement.

The facilities will be freashly cleaned, tidy and immediately available for use on arrival.

All services are annually inspected in terms of safety.
